Welcome to my campaign website. Please support and vote for one of the most active and involved Fremont parents this November. I have worked hard to improve our schools and our children's education over many years. With uncertain state and federal funding, it is even more critical that the Fremont School Board includes a fair, strong and knowledgeable voice representing the community.

Our children and schools need practical and meaningful solutions. Politics does not help. I am an independent and non-political candidate.

My Top Priorities Are:

1) An equitable fiscal policy that truly puts the best interest of out students first. This is not happening today. For example, with $36 million in total reserve at the beginning of the 2012-13 school year, the Fremont school district still increases class sizes this year.

2) A long-term and sustainable approach managing employees. Our school district must include honesty and respect in its interaction with its employees. At the same time, our school district must insist on individual job performance and accountability from each and every employee.

3) Prepare our children for life. This priority is certainly not least. It is mentioned last only because the first 2 priorities contribute to its success. I believe that we all want our children to grow and become happy, responsible and productive individuals.

I am the best-qualified candidate for the Fremont School Board this election year. Working together, let's help the students who are doing well continue to do well, and the ones that are not doing so well do better.
